Been super busy at work and had not checked the community boards. I am still losing about a pound every 1-2 weeks. As long as I keep doing this-I am happy with my progress. Slowly but surely. If I could lose 40 to 50 pounds in a years time-I would be ever so thankful. Everyone-just hang in there and keep trying./

the key to your story is that you got right back on track-and that is all that matters. We all fall off so to speak at times-I know I was out of town this past week-end and ate some things that I normally do not eat. But we will just get right back on the low calorie track and keep going-one pound at a time. :smile:

hi, I have never joined a group before either but thought I should since I joined my fitness pal the end of July. I am someone that needs some kind of structure to weight loss to accomplish it. I love this app and it has really helped me. I have managed to lose at least 1 lb per week since I started. I know that isn't much…
