I did not eat a SCD breakfast for my cheat day but I did end up cutting out a lot of the snaking on sweets due to being busy. On my two biggest cheat days, which were super bowl Sunday and last Sunday (my sister's birthday), I gained ~5-6 lbs and lost it by Wednesday or Thursday morning. I don't think it should be a problem. In many countries raw eggs are stored at room temperature. A hardboiled egg should not spoil from the time you take it out of your fridge when you leave in the morning and by the time you eat lunch; more so if it is next to other cold items.
