Hi, I have just started the 30 day shred and the first 3 days were hard at first, but it is difficult to get motivated especially early in the morning. I'm concentrating on my goals and what I will achieve at the end of it. I'm happy to offer motivation anytime. Good Luck!!! Mark

Thank you for the kind words, I'm on day 5 as I had a 2 day rest. Felt worse for the rest period, so going to just push through the last 25 days. Definitely seeing and feeling a difference already :) Mark
