Needing Motivation

Well, after a major move (new country!), a week down with a bad flu... I am looking for motivation. Must get back on track! Giving Slim For Life a re-read.... any helpful hints for kick-starting again?

    Hi :)
    Im currently in the same situation as you. My advice is to take things slow at first and not to take on too much. Log everything you eat and drink (and exercise too) Feel free to add me on here if you like and Ill try my best to keep you motivated as I log daily :) xx
  • Hi,

    I have just started the 30 day shred and the first 3 days were hard at first, but it is difficult to get motivated especially early in the morning.

    I'm concentrating on my goals and what I will achieve at the end of it.

    I'm happy to offer motivation anytime.

    my advice is to take this one day at a time :) you`ll get where you want it just takes time and effort
