Do you think its too low? I've always tried to keep my diet under 1200... Let me see how it works else I might increase it.. There isn't anything right with soy right??!!?? I love soy nuggets.. I dont like soy milk as much.. but I could eat the nuggets all the time! its a great source for proteins!
