  • I watch TV and do interactive heart rate programs. The programs break the boredom and get my heart rate up for a better workout. I have gotten where I use the elliptical more for a recovery than a hard workout
  • I am shooting for 80 a week for this month. I have hit my goal for this week and ready to start the next. I hate that the weather is starting to get colder and may limit riding. Does anyone have any experience with interactive trainers for the super cold months?
