I sometimes count them as aerobics, general...other times as aerobics, low impact. It depends on whick Leslie Sansone walk I am doing. Some of her DVD's are less challenging so those I categorized as aerobics, low impact.

55 here. I am starting back on MFP after not keeping up with it 3 years ago. I want to lose 40 lbs...would be thrilled with losing even 25. I was going to join Weight Watchers, but I like the way MFP works better.

Newbie to this group. I bought this DVD at Best Buy yesterday. I've only done the "Burn" (Cardio) section so far. Here is my review: - Good workout.....you will feel it. Thanks! So far I have cut down the sugar in my coffee from 2 to 1.5 tsp for the past 3 days and hope to cut it down to 1 by next Thursday.
