  • Well I just wanted to pat myself on the back, this is the first week that I did exercise everyday :drinker: I have not been this consistant for a while. It has only been 30 mins during the week and raking on week end, but it is a start since that binge a couple of weeks ago. Well back to work. :bigsmile:

I learned a lot about healthy eating and exercise. Drink lots of water it helps and dont forget to take measurements, sometimes I dont loose weight but inches. :bigsmile:
