Feeling Bad
I cant believe how bad I have messed up this week end. I feel very sick and out of control. 400 - 500 calories over for 3 days, I know the damage is done but having trouble picking myself up. Now I cant even eat anything, tummy is all upset. I have been bad but not this out of control. How do you pick yourself back up?…

Bad Bad Bad not so bad
ok my son wanted pancakes this morning and I have been craving them for weeks. So I made a huge batch I freeze most of it for breakfast for him through the week. But I had 3 of them so extra exercise today will cover the extra breakfast calories. It is sooooooo worth it. :wink: So I did not do so BAD. :bigsmile:

It Worked
No medications for my diabetes. I had 3 months to loose some weight to see if I could control my diabetes without medication. I did it. my sugar levels dropped and even though it is not were it should be I have 4 more months to see if dropping more weight will lower it. I am so excited because I know that I will be loosing…

It finally happend and I cant believe I am this excited
After five weeks of loosing nothing, then loosing 1 pound then nothing again last week I was getting very upset. :sad: But I went over my exercise calories and realized I was over estimating my speed and this week dropped 2 pounds and now I am 198 good by 200's for ever. :drinker: Thank you MFP for all your support I could…

Fruit and Veggie Sugar
I have been tracking my sugar in take and have a question about sugar. Almost every fruit and veggie I eat has sugar which puts me over by eating just a couple of fruits and veggies. Is that bad? Thanks for any help. I was just told I have diabeties and this is very confusing for me. :embarassed:

Help Raining again
This may be a silly question. But I usually walk 35 min. on my lunch but it is pouring rain and I cant get soaked and work the rest of the day. If I dont do it on my lunch I tend not to do it at all. Was wondering what I could do instead? I have a back hall stairs, would going up and down them be a good exercise?

Leg cramps
Does anyone know of a good stretching exercise for shins and calves? I just started two weeks ago walking again and when I walk more than 15 min I get a horrible cramp in my calve that wont go away. I continue my walk but very painful. Any suggestions.

Week End Blues
I am having so much trouble on week ends. I just am so tierd by the week end I dont get motivated to do my exercise. Then I end up eating over my calories. Any suggestions to get motivated on the week end?
