I cant believe how bad I have messed up this week end. I feel very sick and out of control. 400 - 500 calories over for 3 days, I know the damage is done but having trouble picking myself up. Now I cant even eat anything, tummy is all upset. I have been bad but not this out of control. How do you pick yourself back up?

Just take it one day at a time. I ate Mcdonalds the other day and felt so guilty afterwards but then I went and made sure I at least worked off half of the meal. Just try to forget about the past 3 days and start over. You can do it. Look at it this way. Its only 3 days out of the rest of your life. You have so much time in the future to make up for it.

Oh Honey, you are not alone....on friday I ate WAY over my limit. I ate a bacanator and medium fry from Wendy's. And I felt SO BAD afterwards that i decided to write it down....and now if i want to eat something like that agian i will pull out that little note i made myself!
Seriously,840 something calories is too much for ANY cheeseburger:grumble: ? I couldn't believe it when i looked it up on here:noway: and the fries were 400 and something ....SO NOT WORTH IT....so don't feel bad, It happends...the good news is that the next day is a fresh new start, just gotta forget about the past!0 -
Hop back on and just jump in and log! It will be a tough day today, but get back on track! Just start forward, not back in your old habits. K?
You can do it!!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!! :flowerforyou:0 -
This is the first time I really went crazy since March. The bad food really makes you feel bad. I have no energy. I will have to think about the way I feel now next time I pick up that bad stuff. I am going to take a walk maybe that will make me feel better. I do really good when I am working and everyone is home. Cant wait to the hubby comes home today I seam to be better when people are around it the alone time when I think of eating. Must look into that  Thanks for the support everyone feeling better already going for that walk now. :drinker:0

Alright, you had your fun, now it's time to get back to business! So what, you had a few days of over eating. It's not the end of the world!
Just get back on track.
Pick yourself back up and dust yourself off.
Try, try, and try again.
Mistakes are a part of life.
Nothing in life is easy, or we would all be supermodels.
Some of the greatest inventions or ideas came from thousands of mistakes or bad ideas!
I could keep going on...
Like everyone else on this site says, take it one day at a time and always look toward your goals!0 -
Don't let it get you down...the past is the past and should stay in the past. Have you have that walk you mentioned, that will help you get back on track,
When I don't feel the need to workout, I usually play some workout dvds or videos, and just listen to them, then I end up getting prepared to workout, maybe you can try that too. :bigsmile:0 -
Just remember this.... you're not going to gain all that weight back that you lost over over one day. You can always turn it around by doing better the next day. I went over by 200 or so on friday so the next day I totally kicked butt in the gym and ate really well all day long. Also remember... if you go over on your calories with bad things.... try to sort of... counteract that with making sure you get lots of water and maybe make your next snack that day super healthy like a bowl of fruit.0
