One thing you may want to do is count calories so you know what you're eating, but since I don't think MFP can handle the uncertainty of how many calories you are using in regards to breastfeeding and baby, you might not want to set it for losing. An update for anyone coming to this later wondering how to input aerial silks, here is what I am currently doing. Any input from others would also be great! How has the inputting as rock climbing been working for you? I'm in the same boat with not being sure what to input for my aerial silks class. I was thinking for putting it as gymnastics and counting both the time during the class on the silks and conditioning, since I don't want to try and nitpick when half the exercises…
