I like putting some low salt soy sauce in a sprayer and misting the chips before drying them.

I chose a Ketler because it has steel ball bearings...sounded like a good idea for prolonged use by a heavy lady.

Personally, I do 1200 calories, workout 30 minutes five days a week...my weight yoyos.. I sill lose some, gain it back, lose more. The good news is the ups and downs keep going lower.

Apple cider vinegar and honey after an evening meal is a great preventive if you have acid reflux. It may not taste great but beats jumping up from a dead sleep with reflux.

I need encouragement too!, but I'll try to help. I am a newbie at all this and am trying to cut all processed sugar and flour in addition to keeping to my calorie goals. I have a sneaking feeling I am going to get tired of broccoli.

I am new to the site...I really needed the food journal. I am presently size 18 (snug), but would like to get down to a 12 or so...I would be grateful to get that far. I am trying to limit my sugars and avoid flour products. I have ended up eating lots of raw veggies....
