Become a fitness instructor and teach a variety of classes. Complete a 10 k in under 60 minutes. Complete triathlons, and walk or run a half marathon. Do zumbathons, do bike races. Try stand up paddle boarding and get rollerblades and learn how to ski or snowshoe.

I adore zumba! I even want to become a fitness instructor, zumba, kickboxing, step, water aerobics, spin, circuit training, all things I'd want to teach. I love the classes, and the dvds fun, there are even youtube workouts, you can follow, you can pick up a bunch of zumba songs on youtube and make a 60 minutes or more…

I would dress in layers, definitely long pants, socks, tank top, shirt, jacket, hat, gloves, scarf, etc. It's good for running/walking, snowshoeing, sledding, skiing, etc because if you dress too warmly you get overheated.

I can get at least 600 calories an hour swimming laps, or running for 1 hr at a vigorous pace. I weight 139. I can also get at least 500 per hour biking or in spin class, and get upwards of 700 or 750 calories in an hour on the amt machine, around 550 or 600 on the elliptical, and around 600 per hour on the rowing machine.…

Intuitive eating, that's what I do. I like to workout a lot too, the gym, swimming, outdoors, sports, etc but I don't eat if I'm not hungry. I don't eat just because food is sitting there, I wait until I am, and then I stop when I'm comfortable, not stuffed, because I don't like feeling sick.

Go by how your clothes fit, and weight yourself regularly so your accountable.

Yeah usually, don't like a lot of people, like a lot of the gym/fitness/fun type people, not everyone wants to date, marry or have children, some people would choose the gym over that because they don't want any extra hassle or responsibilities, and don't want someone telling them they can't workout ,and that they have to…

That I'm a ambivert and very adventurous sometimes, like I wouldn't mind rock climbing, hiking, skating, participating in sprint triathlons and trail running/biking races . Also, that I enjoy performing arts and despise math.

There are some great treadmill workouts off of Runner's World. com, Shape, and Self. A lot of websites recommend starting off with a warm up, like a steady jog, before progressing into a steady run/sprints, before cooling down. You might consider interval training or fartlek workouts.

Give it your all and have fun, don't start out too fast, drink plenty of water before and after, and make sure you use the restroom! There's nothing like feeling you have to use the restroom when you race or workout.
-
Honestly I would just get a crockpot and get some recipes for soup, chili, etc or buy some stir fry or make my own stir fry. Tastes so good.

What about rowing or biking? The elliptical, strength training, deep water jogging and swimming are good.
