My eyes change colors. I have hazel/amber colored eyes, and some times they appear like a golden green, other times honey colored. My eyes seem to change colors, depending on my makeup, what colors I wear and what emotional state I am in.

I was going to swim and do water running for 60 minutes and was going to do 20 minutes of biking, stair climbing, and running, and a 15 minute ab workout, but my mother became very ill. I ended up doing a walk/run workout for 90 minutes outdoors.

I will be swimming for 45- 60 minutes and doing some water running for 15-20 minutes, then I will do some weight or circuit training for 20-30 minutes, and the bike, treadmill, elliptical, rowing machine,amt, or arc trainer for 30 minutes, and a 10 minute yoga stretch routine.

For me, I like/love pretty much everything( except for golf). I really enjoy running, hiking, swimming, dancing, zumba, kickboxing, rowing, jumping rope, weight training, skating, walking, step aerobics, insanity, water jogging, using the cardio machines at the gym. Yes if you watch your calories. Yoga is good, weight training, rowing, elliptical, swimming, aqua jogging, pilates, biking is, I don't know if trx might help, bc you do weight training. Trx is more body weight training with a cardio element. I also would suggest looking up low impact exercises that burn a lot of calories.…

Variety, I go to the Ymca almost everyday and I swim, do aerobics classes, do weight training, and cardio machines. The staff is very friendly and the hours are good, and it's affordable. They have aqua zumba, water aerobics, spin, trx, Pilates, kickboxing, boot camp, zumba, muscle conditioning, yoga step, etc and more…

35 minutes lap swimming, 15 minutes water jogging, 25 minutes circuit training with bodyweight and kettle bells and 15 lb dumbbells, 15 minutes on stationary bike, 15 minutes on adaptive motion trainer, and 10 minutes on elliptical. Felt great.

Both, like swimming, running, dancing,etc and weight training, cardio, healthy diet, aerobics, whatever you like. I find doing both helps because it makes my joints feel good, keeps me from getting injured, and I definitely notice some lean muscle and that I don't get as hungry. Plus the mood boost is awesome.

To stay where I am at 140-145. I' between 6 ft and 6'1. Basically maintenance, and being fit, lots of cardio, some strength training and healthy eating.

Hey do you like swimming at all? Rowing is good, cardio kickboxing is, zumba is good whether it's at the gym or at home, insanity is good, jumping rope, kettle bell training, stair climbing, spinning, even hula hooping.

Hmm well I would suggest listening to music, if you can invest in a an underwater iPod that helps. Otherwise I mix it up, I swim some laps, go and o some water jogging, swim some laps, and I repeat it as a circuit. I'll swim maybe 1/2 mile and then incorporate some running in there for like 10 minutes and then finish up…

I have done it and I enjoyed it because it was more fun than the treadmill, I love anything to do with water. I'm like a fish.

I've looked into fitness instructing and personal training. I'm not really big fan of using weight machines.
