Exercise supposedly tires you out, at least it does for me if I workout for an hour or two or two and a half, because sometimes I need a nap, healthy eating, hmm I don't know.

I am inspired by people who swim, run, do aerobics, bike, lift weights, etc., who go after it day after day

I still go, just to have fun, I'm an introvert, and there's no way I'm changing because of some cliques. It can be a real good workout, get to hear some good music,etc

Swimming for 45-50 minutes, 20 minutes on amt elliptical machine, 10 minutes on elliptical, 10 minutes on stair master, stretching for 10 minutes.

I try for 5 or 6 days a week, 7 if I get anxious, or I just go outside and exercise. Sometimes if I'm sick I might only go like 3 times, but when I'm better, I'm raring to go.

What about hiking, biking, swimming, rowing, kickboxing, snowshoeing, so many choices.

Just layer up and go up and go or go snowshoeing, sledding, cross country skiing, snowboarding, or workout at home.

Swimming is good, kickboxing is as well, oh and snowshoeing or biking, rowing,etc

Wipe down cardio machines fater you use them, wipe down weights, take a shower before using the pool to swim, do water jogging, water aerobics.

try kettlebells there are plenty of workouts around they give you cardio and strength in one, body weight training is good as well.

Probably 4-7 days a week for 1 1/2 -3 hrs, I love it! For swimming, water running, cardio machines, circuit training, and for zumba, cardio kickboxing, step, spin, trx and aqua classes. If I don't go/can't use workout dvds, jump rope, and /or go walk/run/bike outside.

I have the dvd series. I love them, I'm always berating hard and drenched in sweat when I use them, also swim/run/bike/row, do aerobics classes, other dvds, weight training and walking/running/biking outdoors.

Not a lot of people in mine, some swimmers, people suing machines, not a lot of people in the aerobics classes.

Jumping rope, zumba/kickboxing/step/spin classes, swimming/water running at an indoor pool at a gym. I also like sledding and snowshoeing, and kettle bell training.

Swimming and deep water running for 70 minutes-breast stroke, freestyle, backstroke, treading water, kickboard drills and free pull, 20 minutes elliptical, 30 circuit training and some stretching for my race tomorrow.

Get into kickboxing or martial arts, best fun workout ever, swimming, deep water jogging, dancing, biking, rowing, weight training-hiking, running, rollerblading-fun to me at least. Sledding is cool
