My Aunt loved it. She just modified if she couldn't do something. She tries different workouts. Crossfit reminds me of circuit training.

Reebok and Nike are good, so is Adidas.

Rowing/elliptical/swimming/water jogging/hiking, weight training all good. The stairclimber and arc trainer might be good to you, if you can use a versa climber or a Jacob's Ladder that's really good cardio right there , it's like rock climbing. Race walking is good too, hula hooping, water aerobics, etc
-
Maybe log it separately, like as high impact aerobics or circuit training. Also depends on the cardio, if it's kickboxing log it as that, step, spin, etc log it separately.

This is funny, I actually am planning on getting inline skates for Christmas, because that's a workout I'd like to get into. Thought I couldn't bike, well I taught myself too, hopefully that happens here.

I wish that blonde hair would look good on me, but it would wash me out.

Kettle bells and circuit training burn a lot of calories.

tons of designer shoes and boots, manola blahniks, uggs, you name it

I've done some short 20 minute crossfit workouts, but I prefer circuit training for the cardio and strength benefits, both burn a lot of calories, either way.

water running for 15 minutes, swimming for 30 minutes, 1 hour zumba class
-
Maybe jump rope? Do intervals on the treadmill/elliptical. Swim laps in the pool.

Wow! Your very active. Good for you.

I would recommend kettle bell training, circuit training, jumping rope, etc. Tae Bo is really intense and some step aerobics or hip hop workouts can be really intense.

Biking, elliptical, treadmill walking, strength training, swimming, water jogging, rowing, arc trainer, etc

I swim between 1 mile and 1.25 miles, and mix it up with the kickboard and water jogging. Butterfly is definitely the hardest.

I love it! I've done the class at the YMCA. I haven't done the dvds but have done magazine workouts that look like insanity.

I love the rowing machine, I wish I could have one at home, and could row out on the water.
