A thousand pushups, done in sets of 25 every 15 minutes over the course of my 12-hr work shift. Works better than caffeine in keeping me awake during a graveyard shift!0

Insanity: Plyometric Cardio Circuit. Unfortunately, I had to do 30 minutes of shoveling snow on this first day of Spring as well, lol.0

I'm sick so today will most likely be a rest day, I'll be hitting the couch once I get home from work. But if I'm better tomorrow I'll be doing Focus T-25: Dynamic Core, then a 2 hour Zumbathon on Sunday.0

Running in the Cheviot Foothills, Northumberland, England whilst the Eclipse was going on. Fantastic day 1450 Calories burnt in 1hr 31 mins and 6.53 miles covered. First mile was downhill cant get better than that. I got carried away though as im only supposed to be on Week 3 of the C25K but I just kept on going, Naughty boy

35 minutes lap swimming, 15 minutes water jogging, 25 minutes circuit training with bodyweight and kettle bells and 15 lb dumbbells, 15 minutes on stationary bike, 15 minutes on adaptive motion trainer, and 10 minutes on elliptical. Felt great.0
