    Yesterday I did 8 mins on the treadmill, 8 on the rowing machine, 8 on the cross trainer and 8 mins on the bike followed by an ab routine and 1.5 hrs of karate.

    Tonight will be all over body muscle edurance weight routine.

    Yesterday I did an hour of Barre Conditioning and 45 minutes of Aqua fitness/Aqua Zumba.

    Tonight will be my last Salsa Dance class.

    Not much upper body work today; my arms and shoulders are killing me from kickboxing yesterday.
