    30 day ab challenge from Blogilates.com
    7.6 mile run (one of my best paces to date)
    Pole dance class...upper level.

  • I had to move two 20' trailers of furniture and household items from one apartment to another on the second floor. So no specific workout but I am exhausted. Btw, today was a 15 to 25 below zero wind chill. Is that considered a type of workout?

    Got up early (4:45am) and completed my longest walk to date. Just over 4 MILES – Burned 461 Calories - 80 Minutes;

    In November 2013, I could only walk for 5-10 minutes at a VERY slow pace.

    This morning before work (6:30am) I did:
    - 1 minute plank (x2)
    - 15 Press ups (x2)
    - 20 Crunches (x2)
    - 10 Double Leg Lifts (x2)
    - 25 Criss Cross Crunches (x2)
    - 50 Pointed Butt Loftf, per leg (x2)
    - 20 Squats (x2)

    ^ That's my morning routine, which I do twice through on Mon, Wed, Fri. Once through on Tues and Thurs; and three times through on weekends.

    I then did the workouts on the Blogilates February Pilates Calender I'm doing (Videos on YouTube):
    - 10 Minute Butt Lift Challenge
    - Beach Ready Butt Workout (5 mins)
    - 10 Minute Ab Sculpting Workout
    - Butt Lift and Slim Thighs (8 mins)
    - Abs on Fire (12 mins)

    I also did my Day 2 of the 30 Day Squat Challenge, which was 55 squats.


    I keep stressing that I'm not doing enough each day, but typing it all out like that makes me realise I'm doing okay!

    This morning I did C25K D3 W2, at lunch time I'll be going to a circuit class at the gym, and tonight after work I've got dancing - 45 mins of ballet, 30 mins of pointe and an hour of musical theater! I think I'll be wrecked tomorrow!!
