Working in the yard for 4 hours... LOTS of bending and stretching!

One hour of Zumba this morning, followed by 45 min jog/walk (3 miles) with my 18 month old son in the stroller this evening. 57 degrees, beautiful day for it!0

40 minute run, going to do some bodyweight workouts and google glute exercises because I am literally running my behind off!0

Running at 11, hoping my sister gets her butt out of bed cause she wanted to come out too. Then a riding lesson at 1.30 - jumping with my friend's very excitable pony, so should be pretty intense. If I've got time after that I hope to get half an hours swimming in too.
I'll probably cycle around 10 miles today for transport too.
