    Today is 90 minutes of pole fitness class.

    This. For some reason I really failed to focus today, hence the rather lacklustre set count and mix-and-match exercises. (Also some dips/pullups, which I didn't log, again because my focus was off and tbh I was just killing time.)

    I don't think I can do anything today. My quads and glutes are so sore, I can barely walk!

    Is a beautiful day too! I really want to go run.

    5K, 28 minutes. It was only 11 degrees out.
  • Swimming for 45-50 minutes, 20 minutes on amt elliptical machine, 10 minutes on elliptical, 10 minutes on stair master, stretching for 10 minutes.

    Lol - Very strange.

    Yesterday I did an hour of Flamenco.

    Today I'm going to video me demonstrating an Aqua Zumba routine - it will probably take an hour to get it right. I usually wear my HRM when I do this.

    First ever go at a 10 mile race today. First 5 were done at my target marathon pace then unleashed the beast for the final 5. All done in 1.22 with a massive negative split. Very Happy with the result tbh

    I did the first leg of the beginner 5k program. Was supposed to walk/run 1.5 miles.

    I did a lot more walking than running. Honestly, it kicked my butt. I probably shouldn't have started out on a hilly trail.

    Yesterday I just ran a mile to keep my streak going...well, ended up being 1.6 miles. Today I have an interval session of 10 min WU/CD with 2 min 10K pace/1 min easy (x5) followed by strength.

    45 minutes swimming.....a length at a relaxed pace and then back again, hell for leather...rinse and repeat.

    Then steam room session with cold showers, ultimate Bliss burger and chips! B)

    Rest day today so just the 1 hour Club swim session. Got a lovely evening of Yasso 800's tomorrow at the track. dreading it!
