This. For some reason I really failed to focus today, hence the rather lacklustre set count and mix-and-match exercises. (Also some dips/pullups, which I didn't log, again because my focus was off and tbh I was just killing time.)

I don't think I can do anything today. My quads and glutes are so sore, I can barely walk!

Yesterday I did an hour of Flamenco.
Today I'm going to video me demonstrating an Aqua Zumba routine - it will probably take an hour to get it right. I usually wear my HRM when I do this.0 -

First ever go at a 10 mile race today. First 5 were done at my target marathon pace then unleashed the beast for the final 5. All done in 1.22 with a massive negative split. Very Happy with the result tbh0
