    7 Day routine = always morning walk for one hour, 2.5km walk
    = 30 min bike ride (minimum)
    = dancing (15mins)
    = leisurely walking (60mins)

    Awesome! How do you find time for nearly 3 hours of exercise (plus showers) every day?

    today was just ripped in 30, yesterday was ripped in 30 plus the low impact cardio from fitness blender. Im having a blood test later so wont feel like exercise and Im fasting for the test so dont have the energy for more exercise this morning. Might throw in 40mins kettlebell later if I can manage it

    10 mile speed walk. Just got back in a half hour ago. I love long night walks.

    50 minute jog. The longest time I've run without taking a walk break! Impressed with other's comments. You are going hard!

    Yay!!! Last night I did Push Circuit 1 (2nd week). Today is a rest day, but I'll probably walk later.

    Fast walk to work and back (60min total).

    45 min Kettlebell swings inter-setted with chin-ups and 1 minute rests. Ten sets, then inverted rowing 3 x 12 to finish off.

    Now going to close down with my daily 75min yoga session.

    Perfect day.

    not much today, strapped for time. but, I got in a bit of walking on a break at work, and almost 30 minutes after I got home, trying to beat the sunset.

    Walking for an hour. About 30 minutes at a moderate pace. The last half hour at a relatively fast pace pushing as hard as I could go the last 10! :bigsmile:
