    Ran a 15k. Will walk the dog 5 miles later for recovery.

    90 minutes of slow cross country skiing

    An hour long yoga class, 8 minutes on the rowing machine, 30 minutes of walking.

    today was an hour "bollyrobics" class - an hour aerobics class based on East Indian music and dance moves - it was so fun!!

    I just gave away a kidney a few days back so i'm a little limited on what i'm allowed to do. I probably need more accountability to make sure i don't OVER do it than anything. I seem to be a special snowflake in that i've had no pain from the surgery right from when i woke up but that also means that i might feel fine doing this or that for exercise but could be causing a hernia or internal bleeding while completely unaware. So far i'm just sticking to about an hour on the treadmill in 2 or 3 sessions....walking at a snails pace.

    Leg extension 20 reps, 3 drop sets, 3 sets
    dumbell squats, 20 reps, 2 drop sets, 2 sets
    leg curls 15 reps superset w/ deadlifts 15 reps 5 sets..

    than hiit 3 min/ 1 min sprint 30 minutes :-)

    Week 4 day 1 of C25K. Jogging continuously for 5 minutes is really hard, who knew lol.

    a bit of cheeky strength and flexibility in the morning, 30 min run in the afternoon and then 2 hours of teaching pole fitness in the evening
