I do, and I do deep water running, zumba, cycling, rowing machine, elliptical, hiking, etc. If you want to swim on certain days and eventually try out other workouts, that's good too.

I would love to get into sprint and Olympic triathlons, it's a lot of fun and a nice challenge. There are a lot of training plans out there. Good luck.

I have like a 26/27 waist, and I'd love to have 24 or 25 inches, and I'm 6'1 and like 142. I don't think it's possible for me either.

I've done it before, takes me 90 minutes.

Adaptive motion trainer cardio machine for 45 minutes, and an hour long zumba toning class. Lots of fun.

I used to, but I bring pepper spray with me, sometimes I will run/bike outdoors/jump rope, and I think the scenery is nice. I'd love to get into inline skating, that with the swimming, zumba, martial arts, machines and dvds I like to do.

yes 50 minutes of breaststroke, freestyle, backstroke, kickboard, 20 minutes of water running, and then some weight training and elliptical, love it

An indoor pool( yeah for my dream house, lol), that I can swim in/water run/do water zumba in or a rowing machine.

Swimming and water jogging is a great cardio/resistance workout, and there are people that are overweight who do it,,and they don't seem to care, same thing in zumba, spin, kickboxing, machines. I see them out walking/riding their bike, skating, etc, and they don't care, so just enjoy yourself and forget about everyone.

Your too beautiful to be single, or your so thin, you can get into anorexic territory, not true at all.

I've done that, run, swim, zumba, bike etc, in the morning or earlier in the day, and circuit training or swim or elliptical, etc, later in the day(45-60)-(45-60)
