I agree with other responses... I also think that you are restricting yourself too much. Instead of trying to go cold turkey, try allowing yourself a cheat day. :) still aim for 6-8 glasses of water each day, snack on healthy snacks during the week, and plan for that pizza. For an added bonus, burn off a few more calories…
