Really, the food groups for your diet are just whatever works. Lower in carb works for me because I am a type 1 diabetic. Less carbs means more stable blood sugars. I would suggest experimenting and finding what works for you.

I would say under 70g is low. Under 50g you will probably be able to go into ketosis. And under 20g is extreme. The most important thing on a low carb diet is to get your carbs from fruits and vegetables.

I have celiac disease(just recently diagnosed too). I've heard that as long as you stay away from the fake gluten foods(except for on special occasions) then it will be very easy to lose and maintain

Unless it was somehow a water displacement test, that is unlikely to be remotely accurate.

Dip raw veggies(celery, carrots, broccoli) in the humus instead of crackers

Edited because I didn't read carefully. I like heating up leftovers(I know some people need typical breakfast foods for breakfast but I never have) Just a random idea if you feel like dinner for breakfast
