Hey that's impressive! At my heaviest I was like 150 pounds I think so not that heavy but when I first tried to get into running, my "routine" was like 3-4 minutes a day so you're doing great :D

I'd say educate her. Don't force her to use the knowledge, just give it to her. Personally when I found out all about calories and crappy food I simply couldn't eat bad anymore because suddenly I knew what I was doing to my body. Hey don't worry, one day doesn't change anything. And if you do get yourself to eat, maybe just one meal, try to stick a lot of calorie dense things into it - some peanut butter or mayo or whatever you like :)

Maybe just buy one jar per... week, month, however you choose. One and then no more when you finish it. Then it's all about your self-control - you can eat a bit everyday or the whole jar in one sitting, but from the perspective of week/month, you've still eaten the same amount of PB calories ;)

Why not just eat according to your intuition BUT also log it afterwards...? This way you can see how much your intuition has you eat say for a week. If it has you say between your maintenance-300 and maintenance+100 it could work but if it's got you eat at a surplus, well, it's either some sacrifice or weight gain

No matter how low or high the kcals... Learning not to drink calories was the best thing I could do. It's so much better to actually feel I'm consuming something when my body gets the energy. To each their own though

I never really gave a thought to rewarding myself even though I've already hit new and new goal weights a few times... Maybe my attitude's been to negative, thanks for the inspiration ;)

I said 5 and it said 1, lol... the problem is though maybe I have the top of 1 but bottom of 3-5 and it only takes the upper parts into account.

I'm doing bits and pieces of t25 on days I don't do other exercises that leave me too tired for the additional 25 mins... I'd like such results when I complete those 2 months in 5 months probably :(

I usually count walks that are not part of my usual routine. I don't count sprinting to catch a bus or climbing stairs all day at school because those activities are why I told MFP I was lightly active

I've lost almost all the weight I needed to lose without caring about my water intake. I shifted from soda to water, but I drink more tea than water itself. I do drink water (sometimes I squeeze in some lemon juice to make it taste better) but I've never cared about "8 glasses a day" and everything's alright

It's normal to lose weight so fast when you're obese, you could say he's trying to lose a pile of pounds and you're just toning a bit... So yeah, one of them is easier (in the beginning)
