  • I do 2-3 zumba classes a week plus a couple of hours of home workout DVDs (just finished 30 Day Shred), and I try to get in a brisk 20 minute walk on my lunch break most days :)

  • Thank you everyone! Managed it mainly by starting to exercise (I used to do NONE), cutting down on my alcohol intake, avoiding bread, potatoes, pasta etc and watching my calories :)

I think I was just retaining a lot of water. Whatever it is though, I'll take it! Im at 5.9lbs lost this month now :) SO pleased to be into the 130s!
