I pop on the scales most mornings, but I only record my weight once a week. I just find it interesting to see how my weight fluctuates with what I eat, the time of the month and so on.

I'm 5'3 and my goal is around 118. My starting weight was 178 and I'm currently at 125-126 (this was my original goal but I'd like to lose a bit more).

I'm 5'3". At my highest weight of 178lbs I was a UK 16-18 (US 12-14). Now, at 127ish I'm a UK 12 (US 8). So I lost 50lbs and 2 and a half dress sizes. Ideally I'd like to get into a UK 10 (US 6) but I don't know if that will happen... I don't really want to lose another 20lbs.

For me it was the cheap cider. I would easily drink 2000 calories worth of Strongbow in a weekend. Ugh.

Mine have just vanished /sob. They were only a C to begin with which looked pretty small on me at 5'3" and almost 180lbs, but would probably be just right now I'm a bit lighter. Unfortunately they're barely a B now, maybe even more like an A... I've had to throw out pretty much all my bras and, worst of all, my corsets…

I'm 5'3" and my initial goal was 125, but now I'm getting quite close I think I'll want to go to 120, or even 115. Starting weight was 178, current weight around 128-129.

As others have said, here in the UK almost everyone thinks of their weigh in terms of stone. However, I personally tend to think in kg (it's what my scales use and what my doctor uses) or pounds (just from being on MFP). I'm very much in the minority though. I have a Mirena. Insertion hurt a lot (I squeezed the nurse's hand and yelled "HOLY F**K"!" so loud I think the entire surgery heard me). After that I had fairly severe cramps for a few hours, moderate cramps for a few days, and since then it's been fine. I occasionally get mild cramps but nothing to really complain about.…

I'm a couple of inches shorter than you at 5'3" and I think I want to get down to 120, *maybe* 115. My initial goal was 125 but I have quite a small frame and I think I'd look better at a slightly lower weight. I'm bouncing around between 130 and 135 at the moment, so not too far to go!

I was at a party a few months ago and I was speaking to a girl I know. I knew her step-father had been in hospital so I asked how he was doing. She told me he'd died that morning. She was very sweet about it because obviously I didn't know, but I felt awful :frown:

I gained a pound! Well actually, I gained 4 then lost 3. Oh well! It was totally worth it (chocolate, cider, pizza, fish and chips ) :laugh:

Honestly, I'm really just hoping to maintain in December, That will be an achievement in itself with all the social and family stuff I have going on! I'm still going to use this thread to weigh in though :)
