Eat about half back. That's the most common tip people have given me here and it has worked well for me.
-
Thank you lots guys!
-
You can do it! ????

Thanks a lot. I was fortunate enough to have good friends and family who supported me. Although I must admit when I first started I kept it to myself because I felt like it is going to be another failed attempt to losing weight. But I'm happy MFP and Fitbit helped me.

I'm 5'4"

Haha! Thanks... It took me more than an hour. Now I know the effort people put into their YouTube videos.

Thank you guys! Happy to inspire. ????

Thank you. A lot of my inspirations have come from here. So I hope I can also inspire others on their journey.

I did IF when I first started my weight loss journey. It was great for me and I lost a lot that way but stopped coz I was losing at an alarming rate. It yielded good results but just make sure you're getting enough calories, vitamins and minerals.
-
I wish my tummy looks like that! You are amazing.
-
Congratulations! That is some inspiring accomplishment.
-
That is a really good accomplishment. Congratulations!

Actually its about .5lbs per day. When I first started out I was losing about 1kg per day mostly from water weight.
-
Exercising a lot really helps. I lost that much coz I used to work out 2-4 hours daily and I didn't eat back my calories lost. Good cardio daily really helps.
-
Thank you.
-
Thanks Mandy. Thank you for being a supportive friend and an inspiration. :)

Wow, congrats! I can't wait until I also fit in smaller jeans. I am a size 10 now and I am not really sure I can wear something smaller since I have really wide hips and enormous thighs.

When I first started out, I didn't eat back most of my exercise calories. I lost fast but that was really unhealthy. Most of my friends here taught me that slow and steady should be the way to do it so now I'm eating a bit more calories daily and I eat back most of my exercise calories so I don't really lose as much these…

I did until I got home. For about 2 and a half months I work out everyday for at least 2 hours each day, walking, hiking, running, swimming or whatever else I can do. But I was slacking off for about a month now. I am about to travel soon and I am so looking forward to working out a lot and eating much healthier again.

Thanks everyone! :)
-
well done! You look so beautiful.

I always have guilt and regret right after eating rice since it doesn't really taste of anything and it's very high in calories. I really think I should stop eating it. Maybe I will.
-
You are such a rockstar Mandy! You have been such an inspiration to me.

You look gorgeous and I am so lovin' the ink. I am nearing my goal too and now thinking of a tattoo to commemorate the success. :)
