I go through the same thing. I usually have 500 calories to go between the hours of 5-10pm and can dig into stuff i shouldn't... like chocolate. I can't wait to hear what people have to say!

Thanks! I try to be in bed by 9 pm or 10pm.. and I wake up at 5:15.. it takes me an hour to get to my gym.. but its conveniently next to my job :smile:
