Not a exactly a goal "clothes" but a goal "sneakers". I really like to add a wedge sneakers in my wardrobe, so luckily I was able to score a nice wedge sneaker before Thanksgiving. And it's coming in the mail today, my goal is to fit and look good on those sneakers by spring/summer! :)

Mine came off after 2 weeks, guess those were water weight. Then 2 weeks after another 2.5 lbs lost. Just be patient, next thing you'll notice more than 7lbs is gone.

I agree, drinking more water helps reduce hunger. I drink at least a gallon everyday, it may sound a bit hard at first but really its not. I drink 1-2 glasses as soon as I wake up and everytime I pee I try to replace that with a glass of water. It's easier to bring along a tumbler with you or drink with straw IMO. And also…

I set mini goals for myself. I started with 10lbs to lose, then I bought a new pair of training shoes. 2nd mini goal is 15lbs to lose from SW, if that happens by Nov 30 I'm gonna get a decent Heart Rate Monitor watch for easy tracking. I gave up Dunkin Donuts caramel iced coffee (no sugar with cream only) and grilled cheese&bacon sandwich for breakfast. Replaced peach mango juice and sodas with tons of water :)

Today is day 6 for me! I take my f1 shake in the morning as breakfast and afternoon snacks. No cravings so far and I feel so energized. Feel free to add me.

This my 3rd week of not having a Dunkin Donut Caramel iced coffee (no sugar- cream only), no sodas, no pastries (especially cake and soft cookies) and pork cracklings!!! I replaced my peach mango juice and soda with tons of WATER!!!!:smile:

I drink my cup of tea in the morning before I take a shower, then prepare my shake. Drink it while driving to work. Then lunch (fish, tons of veggies and a cup of rice) around 11:30AM.
