NSV:3.5 months ago I am wearing L/XL blouses and 12/14 dress sizes. So last night I bought a couple of SMALL sized blouses (from the petite section) and 8S slacks from BR! I'm actually in between 6S and 8S, but decided to just get 8S for now. And YES I'm down to 4/6 dress sizes!!!!! For reference I am 150lbs and 5'6 tall.
So I've been doing this lifestyle change for a month now. And shed almost a stone, I guess mostly water weight. A pound lost is still a pound lost, right? But what excites me more is that my skinny jeans are not so skinny anymore!!!! What's your NSV for today?
I still have A LOT of pounds to shed before reaching my goal. But I'm excited to know yours! :flowerforyou:
