My goal was a certain pair of jeans, rather than a certain weight. I wore those jeans a LOT as a reward. And then I bought some new jeans and other clothes.0

Going to a designer store and buying a dress or get this one made for me: http://papermoss.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/suewong-fall2012.jpg0

I bough a pair of L.A. Idol jeans......cost me freakin' $85CDN.....I almost cried when I handed over the money but I wanted bling on my butt so I coughed up the money....lol....I usually object to paying more than $30 for a pair of jeans.....:)0

I'm going on a shopping spree! I need a new swimsuit and some cute new work out clothes!
Nothing too extravagant, but things to make me feel proud and to help continue to keep up my new weight.0 -

I didn't set up a specific reward in advance, but found that once I reached my goal I was constantly getting rewarded in all sorts of ways:
-constant compliments from both men and women
-trying on a pair of size 6 jeans at Old Navy and having to stick my head out of the room and ask, "excuse me, but do you have these in a FOUR PETITE?!"
-flying up and down the stairs at work with no effort and without being out of breath
-getting back into online dating and being absolutely overwhelmed with men wanting to meet me
-buying a two piece bathing suit (!!!!!!!!)
But best of all:
-being free from the constant cycle of bingeing and guilt and then eating more
-being free from my formerly low self esteem
-feeling in control of myself both physically and emotionally
-feeling beautiful and confident, which has helped me over my life-long shyness and introversion
-being approached constantly by people who want to lose weight, consider me an inspiration, and want my advice
And the list goes on and on. It's like the gift that keeps on giving!0 -
I've promised myself a trip to London with a budget to re-stock my wardrobe. I figure I'll have a few months to save up for that.0
