Looks like some of your food measurements are either over estimated or under, I suggest using a food scale. And you should be drinking enough water, try this simple formula Current Weight/2 = ? oz of water. Your water shouldn't be less than that. And also try to recalculate your goals.

Hi Molly I gave up drinking soda, juice and coffeee almost 4 months ago and it was not easy. It took me a while to finally give it up. I used to think that my morning coffee determines my mood for for the day, so imagine how cranky I feel for the first few weeks. My husband loves soda - Mt Dew to be specific so we always…

Very inspiring! I started my journey at 180lbs and aiming for 135lbs as well. I am down to 27 lbs this morning. How long did it take you to lose 45 lbs and what are your exercise routines? I do zumba kinect at home, sometimes I do 30DS and now I just started doing FitnessBlender.

I still eat rice everyday. I used to eat 1c of rice for lunch then 1/2 c for dinner. But I think my appetite got used to this lifestyle change that I can't even finished a cup of rice. So usually I just eat 1/2 c of rice for dinner and when I'm home. And I still eat pasta once in a while. But I hear a lot of good…

Sure. They said 1.5 lbs per week is healthy so do the math. But if I were you I will not set such limits to myself. I will use it as a motivation instead, to push yourself (not too hard though). And always remember that DIET is not just about losing weight and seeing your numbers going down but its a lifestyle change. Take…

My top 5 are: 1. protein shake 2. oats 3. ground cinnamon 4. banana 5. rice Items 1-4 are for my breakfast and afternoon snacks shake, and then rice! I'm a Pacific Islander (Asian for some), so most of our meals are served with rice.

Yesterday I hit my second goal - 20 lbs gone forever!!! And I have 2 NSVs this week: 1. I was able to zip up/close the dress that I literally hid under my closet just because everytime I attempt to wear it I always ask my husband to zip it close for me. Also because I can hardly sit down without scaring the crap out of me…

Early this month I was aiming to lose 5 lbs (to reach 160 lbs) by December 30th, but I just received my early Christmas present yesterday. So my next goal is to either maintain 160 lbs or lose 1-2 lbs before New Year's eve. :)

The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug. But we left the movie theater really early. My son prolly enjoyed the movie too much that he can't stop reciting all the characters' name. LOL So before anyone drags us out of the movie house, we opted to just leave.

I do zumba 5-6 times a week, long walks 2-3 times a week and a few reps of pushups/situps/squats. Eat within my calories, with more protein, high in fiber and low in GI. I stopped drinking pop, juice and coffee, drink at least a gallon of water everyday. I cheat once in a while but not like I feed myself with too much…
