I try to make ALL the bread we eat, using my bread machine. Sometimes I find the calories are a bit higher, but knowing that I know EXACTLY what is in it is worth it to me. Buying in to a CSA is the best thing our family ever did. As someone else said, it seems crazy expensive at the start, but by the end, it's WELL worth it.
