How are you guys doing? I've been logging... Mostly. And I'm finding it's easier to not say screw it when I'm having the puffed wheat on my counter... It still counts!

so far, somewhat so good. At least I've been logging it all in the long run! Did legs yesterday too, and walking slower than a octogenarian today. Goooood times.

Kettlebell or dumbell??
I'm debating getting a kettlebell or 2 ( preferably 1-- they're expensive!) and am looking for input. Can I just use a regular dumbell instead? Also, would anything less than 15 lbs be worth it? I found a kit with a 5, 10 and 15 for $40, but have heard that I should start with a 15, which is $30 by itself, so I'm still…

Cycling on gravel
Hi, I have started to do a lot more cycling ( which I LOVE) but as I'm riding on almost all gravel roads, with a mountain bike, am curious about what levels to put in for my calories burned info on here. According to my cyclometer, I'm usually going about 15-19 km/hr ( 10-12 mph) but it's significantly more effort required…
