  • Hey! I am in my fourth week, last week of Round A. I have lost over 5 lbs and 6 all-over inches. I have yet to have my final weigh-in and measurements for the round A. I have never been athletic or sporty in my life and I'm already seeing changes as far as a little muscle definition. I can't wait to see what round B will…
  • Hey all! I'm currently in my last week of Round A with P90. Could use some support and happy to cheer other's on as well. Add me!
  • Hey there! I've completed the first two weeks, however, my third week my family was on vacation, so I'm going to do two weeks of block 1 and continue on from there. In my first two weeks I lost 3 lbs and at LEAST an .5 off arms, thighs, hips and waist. Have fun!

  • Hey, I started up on the program myself. I started last January and then quit, but I'm back at it. I'm ending week 2 and I have already lost 3 lbs. and inches all over. Keep up the good work!
  • I don't think that is too much information. Weight comes off in the bust area, just like it comes off everywhere else! Good job! Keep up the hard work!
  • Hey! I'd love to have you as a friend. Add me if you want too. God Bless!
  • I am only 8 days into P90X3 and I started with girl push ups like you. I haven't been able to do regular pushups since I was freshman in high school and that was over 10 years ago! This week I decided to push myself and I start EVERY push up exercise in reg. push up position. I can't go as low, but that is okay. I can now…
  • I follow it as best as I can. It's really hard to follow it exactly. Just do the best you can and do what feels right to you. Make adjustments as you feel necessary. It's your body and no one else's, so no one knows it like you.
  • Ours is here! We are going to go get groceries over the weekend so we are prepared food wise. Following the nutrition guide is going to be the hardest part for us.
  • I know someone who is taking it and she swears by it, but it's just too pricey. You can still achieve great results without it. I recommend you do have some sort of whey protein drink to have after each workout.
  • Hello from da U.P. Eh! Umm...I really don't talk like that, but I couldn't resist. I'm Kelsey and I'm a 28-year-old mom of three girls, 6, 4, and 9 months. I've been married to my best friend for almost 8 years. I graduated in Dec. 2012 while pregnant with my third baby with a degree in Health Information. I accepted a…
  • We just ordered it too! We are hoping it's here in time to start Monday as well. I've never done it before, but my hubby has completed P90X. We are looking forward to the 30 min workouts.
  • I had my little one on April 12! My other kids are 6 (staring first grade, not possible!) and 4. All girls! Yikes! Seriously though they are all so beautiful inside and out. We wanted a boy badly, but are blessed to have out girls. Will we keep trying for that boy??? I don't think so, but God's plans are not my own.

  • Hi, I'm 27 and I just became a mom of three myself. My little one is 3 months old, so I'm basically on here to lose my baby weight. I lost it once after having my second daughter, but now it's time to do it again. I'm not necessarily an emotional eater, I just LOVE sweets, not candy, but chocolate, cake and ice cream. Oh…

  • I use 5's. For any of the tricep moves I have to use 3 lb. My very first week I used 3's and realized it was too easy. Five's are good right now and I'm looking forward to moving up to 8's!

  • Hi, Do you give yourself a cheat day? My husband came up with this concept a few years ago and he is a P90X workout guy. We eat healthy meals about 5-6 days a week and then usually on Sunday, we eat whatever we want. One day, we went out for pizza and ice cream. I do this regularly and have lost approximately 13 lb. since…
  • Hello from the U.P. of Michigan. My name is Kelsey and I am a mom of three, ages 6, 4 and 3 months. I picked up Ripped in 30 about three weeks ago and got through level two. Then my PMS week came and I got all of track and eating everything in sight. This is my problem area. I'm back on track now. I'm just starting over…
