I'm obsessed with sparkling water (mainly St Croix and Klarbrunn) but, I notice if I have 2 or 3 I will feel super bloated, which isn't great for self-esteem.

Measuring tape it is! I have an almost one year old so trips to the doctor just wouldn't be very convenient for me. Thanks for all the helpful feedback. I had almost lost faith in forums (was expecting a bunch of "buy a flipping scale" comments). It's good to know there is support out there!
