Thanks all - The only thing I hate about losing weight is it tends to make the years catch up with us ! :-( - So liked the comment that I look like a kid as I feel the last 6 months have added 6 years! Zomoniac - ha ha - Bloody hope not! should read Oct 2013 ! lol

My fave at the moment is 2 poached eggs on a warburtons thin (toasted) - its about 250 calories- however it keeps me full until around 2pm :-)

Could it be Time of the month retention? I get my retention 2 weeks before my period - so worth taking into account. Did you use the toilet before weighing - that can easily add a few pound. Food high in sodium retains lots of water - could be that, try drinking a ton of water a day - makes a difference. Dont give up!

Thanks guys. I must admit I have no knowledge of these products. I love the map my walk app as Im training for a 62 mile walk in May (only downside is the battery life on my smart phone ... grrr) . Not had much luck finding one that supports this app - but didnt know I could get a chest strap that syncs with my phone :-)…
