HRM Advice please!
Wow - what a mine field! I do not know where to start looking. I want a HRM so I can be accurate with my calorie burns. Ideally it would be water proof (but TBH I only swim 1/2 a month) - but even more ideally it would link with 'Map my walk'. What is the easiest to use - fairly reasonable priced - accurate one to go for ?

tummy exercise .. whilst seated at your desk?
I get about 50 - 60 miles per week walking done, and work full time .. have kids . . 5 dogs blah blah - turns out the most spare time I have to work out would be whilst Im at my desk at work - so .... my tummy dosent get much of a work out - any suggestions of ways I can do this whilst sat at the desk at work?
