Egg bakes go well in our family. Just google egg bake and you will get many recipes. The good part is you can make it the night before and just throw it in the oven in the morning while you are opening gifts.

They are not necessarily more accurate. I can step on mine three times in a row; and get three different readings. Always go for the real. Anytime you go away from real you are usually adding sodium and other preservative chemicals that aren't good for you.

You will find arguments for both sides here on MFP. I personally don't eat them back unless it's better than 400 calories. Then I will try and eat 1/2 back. Like others have said try out both and see what works for you.

Hi It would really help to see your diary. Go to settings..Diary settings then check public. I agree with a few of the others though if you are doing some big calorie burn exercising, you may need more calories. Other things may be your sodium intake. If you are over on sodium, you will notice an increase in weight.

Generally speaking you don't need to be worried about the cysts, but you do need to see your doctor. You need to determine if they are fibroid cysts; and if you have Endometriosis. Neither may be anything serious to worry about, but you need to know what you have so you can make sound decisions.
