I am not gonna fight over a burger on the internet - but for a small quick - get your craving satisfied I think the small chili is a way better option. If you can't understand that then I don't know what to say to you.

I do also make burgers at home. Some of us crave greasy burgers, some of us crave candy, cakes or pie or sweets in general. My weakness is big ol' burgers.

My daily "goal" is 2,570. I normally do 1800-2200 with or without excercise.

I get snarky comments from time to time - Alot of the time people just want to be a round "like minded" people. They will get over it and could just be jealous.

I have had 3 cortizone shots in EACH foot! - The left foot is practically gone! Right foot is still bad - jasoncbackus I am watching you closely lol! I really think weight loss will help alot.

I am 5-10 - 290. It tells me I need 2,520 cal a day. Seems high to me.

Thanks! I drink lot's of water - no soda or tea - splenda in my morning coffee. I will have to look up taping because I LOVE to be active but the pain from the plantar can be unbearable. I can play only 10 mins of basketball or softball etc etc and then have trouble walking for 2-3 days.
