Great job not giving up! I just broke my plateau this week too. I lost 87 lbs and my weight stopped for a month. I upped my calorie intake and the weight is melting off again!!!

I started at 321 on October 15, 2013. Not quite 6 months later and I have lost 91 lbs! i went from a size 26 to a size 16/18, I wasn't able to run a quarter mile when I started and now I go out and run 8 miles for fun on the weekends. October 15, 2013 was my start date. I was 321lbs. This morning I weighed in at 248. 73lbs gone in not quite 4 months. My goal is to be 159 or less. (I want to say I lost half my body.) Annie you will get to your goal weight and stay there. That little "story" is from someone who is changing their thinking and their life not just yo-yoing.

I weight everyday. You need to take it lightly. For instance I am up 7lbs in two days but I have stuck to my calorie limits and exercised a lot. It has to be water weight. I get a little down but I know it is not the real number. With some water chugging it will be back to normal in a day or two.
