I have only done workouts that my friend has borrowed me. I mainly lift. However, she was part of the corporate test group for this and she got legit results from it so I bought it. I'm excited for her and hope I can do the same.

SCoil- If you ever did TaeBo it sort of reminded me of that. The coaches were really motivating. It was easy to follow. I felt kind of clumsy at first but I got the hang of it. You should really think about trying it out when it comes out!

I know that when that TOM comes, such as this week, I gain 6 to 10 lbs. I feel like a big waterballoon. I don't need to see it on the scale. However, as long as you can mentally handle seeing that number creep up, then go for it.

Thank you all for your positive comments! And as for some of the quetions: I feel wonderful. I look in the mirror and am starting to see the person I always knew was inside. It's liberating. My self-confidence has skyrocketed. I no longer wonder if I won't wake up in the morning to see my children. I know I will be here…

Thank you all! Last night was rough but I successfully made it without eating! And Patrick you are right. I have been doing this for 6 months and the emotional eating has been getting easier but it is still very difficult at times. For me it is the worst of my habits to break.
