BeachBody workouts

Does anyone know how I can log a Beach Body workout ?

    Depends on the workout. If it's cardio based, like T25 or Insanity, then aerobics would work. If it's strength training like a P90X, X2, or X3, then try "strength training" under the Cardio section. If it's something like Body Beast, then just record the sets you do under the Strength section.

    The Beach Body site may give you a better calorie estimation.

    But recording it here will give you "earned" calories. If you used MFP to set up your daily calorie goal, you got a deficit with zero exercise factored in. Eating back exercise calories (a reasonable estimate) is how MFP is designed.

    Which Beachbody workout? Calorie burn could be all over the board depending. I used to log X workouts under "calisthenics" for time worked and it was pretty ballpark.

    There's actually a website that tells you how many calories are burned using beachbody. I ve been using beachbody workouts for 2 years.
