Weight loss is calories in vs calories out. You can eat 1500 calories a day of cakes and ice cream and loose weight if you burn off more calories than what you are taking in. You still have 149lbs left to loose? I'm happy to say I have no idea where 149lbs is going to come from. I see maybe 50 or 60 lbs.

From what people say who have had the issue, or have it, that it does tend to get better with time. Eat right, keep exercising, lift weights and eventually it will look better but probably never totally go away. Or you could get surgery.

Congrats! I started at 321 and I am now down to 268. My next mini goal is to be below 250. My overall goal is to be around 160. We have very similar stats!

I believe it. I started 10/14 I eat about 1800 clean calories a day and the occasional treat. I work out 6 days a week for an hour doing 30 minutes cardio then 30 min on weights. I started at 319.2 and as of today I am 285.2. That is 34lbs in roughly 5.5 weeks. People loose at different rates and everyone's body takes it…

I run at 291 lbs. Granted it is not a sprinting pace or a marathon distance. I do intervals 3 to 3.5 mph walking and 5-6mph running. I usually do a warm up walk with incline. Then do 1:30 intervals for a certain distance or time depending on the day. Usually on my distance days I do a slower speed and on the timed days I…

I won't avoid it. I plan on most likely over indulging over the holidays but I hope to do it more sensibly than I have in the past.
