finally lost 1kg! i dont see the number 55 on my scale for many years!!! a few more days.... i work in a pizza take away! i have lunch at about 2pm then i start work at 7pm and i dont eat until 10pm, this helped me to lose weight, at the same time eating my favourite food :)

yes, i lost 200 grams from yesterday i lost 700 grams in total from 20 july (it's about 1.5 lbs)

i lost 100 gr from yesterday, it's okay cause after 15 days of sacrifices maybe the weight has started to drop...a little faster

I join the group today, but I actually started working yesterday I want to lose 2 kg by 2 September now i weight 57 kg I do 2 hours of brisk walking or 1 hour of jumping rope or climbing stairs and walking uphill.
