Good idea! I wonder how well this would work in a protein pancake? I usually add a package of instant oatmeal ( apples & cinnamon ) in with a whole egg, 2 egg whites, a 1/2 scoop of protein vanilla cream powder to make an alternative pancake and your homemade version sounds like it would be much healthier than the store…

Thursday truth: I have not stuck with my meal plan all week! I started the week out exhausted and there's no excuse for it, my meal planning defaulted to old habits and I feel really guilty about it. I need to pick my *kitten* up off the floor and end this week strong!

It's okay in moderation. I try to drink 20 oz of water before my first cup. I drink 2 cups per day. I take a tbsp of creamo and 2 pkgs. of sweet n low in each cup to help stay within my meal plan and it works good for me.
