I love my weight watchers digital scale. Have had it for several years and still going strong. I have several MFP friends that have bought them too, and I hear good things. Bought it at WalMart.

I am divorced.....it was one of the hardest things I have had to go through. Especially with children involved. However, I agree with the others.... abusive men do not change. I have friend that was being abused and he just got worse to the point that he is in jail right now facing 10yrs for beating her so severely. Her…

One thing I do is make myself get up and workout.....even if I don't want to. However, if my body is completely exhausted I listen to it and rest. I also refuse to give up all the foods that I love. I eat pretty much whatever I want as long as it is in moderation. This keeps me from falling completely off the wagon.

Awesome progress!! You are doing great!

Welcome!! Best of luck on your journey!

Were you bending over a lot? I have had the same pain before and I believe it was from standing bent over.

It is just a motivator. If you committ to working out 6days a week, you can see how close you come to your goal.

I am right there with ya! I have loads of them :frown: They are totally worth it to have my son, but if I could get rid of them......I would!

Good one! I don't like that either. I don't like it when they sniffle.......blow it already!!!

So glad I am not alone! I told my sisters when I was younger that I hated it and one of them came up to my ear and chewed some ice. I totally wanted to rip her face off....... Wondering if I will ever outgrow this or if I am cursed to hate it forever  Pretty much anything else, I am a loving, easygoing, patient…

I won't live without my Brita pitcher ever again!! Nice to have fresh tasing water and I keep it in the fridge so I don't have to put any yucky tasting ice in it to ruin it!!

Started out at 210 lbs in Sept. 2010. Since, I have lost 33lbs. I started out wanting to lose 20. My goal weight of 190 has changed to 180, then 175, currently I changed my goal weight again to 165. I am 5'10" and I think that will be good enough.....until I get there and wanna keep going  I don't have have a…

My set rest days are Saturday and Sunday. I don't know if it is wrong or right to do, but that is how I do it

My goal for today is to do something for myself! I too often forget about ME

Agreed!! If they only got it  You're the best Ed

Over the last couple of years I have done that probably half a dozen times........crazy! I thought it might be related to my breathe when I needed to visit dentist, Who knows?!

I hula hoop several times a week after my workouts. I would do it everyday if I had one at home :)

I am on both daily!!

AWESOME!! Great job!

Wish I were closer! I live 45min north of the city. My sister and I started working out in Sept of last year and in January I made it a resolution to do a 5k this year. Since then, she has slacked off on exercise and her nutrition which has left me alone to just do the workouts to my best ability and continue to shed the…

Made me cry. However, my boyfriend agreed with Bret leaving since all of his weigh-ins were lost. I was upset to see Courtney leave. She has done such a fabulous job on and off the show. I think this has been the hardest season to watch (by far)!!! So many changes and the tactics the contestants have had this year.

I have nice legs

Noticed that! Seems like the guys didn't stick around........

I want in on that

You guys are better than tv! Glad to not be in the "boring" category

Agreed!!!

I lost my boobs, butt, back (right on the bra-line area), and my face first. My midsection is my trouble area and is not going near as quickly as I would like, and I still would love to shed some inner thigh and lower back fat......but it will come!! All in due time with lots more work
