I do the Zumba dvds. Cardio party 3x/week and sculpt and tone 2x/week. It is latin-inspired dance moves. I love it!!

I do the sculpt and tone twice a week and I can feel it. I use 2lb strap-on hand weights that I bought at WalMart. I am thinking I need to get some heavier ones so that I can tone more and feel it better. I usually do Zumba (dvd) 4-5 times a week. I enjoy it very much, and it is a great calorie burn!! I usually burn between 500-600. I don't do the cool down though, I do my own cool down. So sometimes I burn around 500 in about 45 minutes.....all tracked by my HRM. I have been loving Zumba!!

I am both! I have to do my workouts early in the morning before my kiddos show up, and while my own is still sleeping. It is very hard to always get things just right when so busy. The days that I can't get in an early morning workout, I do it while all the kids are down for their nap. Will be harder soon when I get my new…

I saw several years ago on Dr Phil. His wife said she was always thin, but could not get rid of the "pooch" and the only way she did it was by alleviating all sugar from her diet. She claimed that is what did it.

I usually use coffee to help, but there are times that even that won't work for me. I have put benefiber in it and had that help. I have also taken over the counter stool softener when need be. Those 2 things aren't brutal to my stomach like the laxatives are. Hope you get relief soon, I know it can be awful!!
